Marketplace Sellers

Content available on the Relay Marketplace is provided by independent coaches and content creators ("Sellers") who use the Relay platform to distribute their digital products. Each Seller is identified by their organization name on their respective landing page. Relay facilitates the transaction as the platform operator; the Seller is the merchant of record for subscriptions purchased through their page.

Liability for Content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general legislation pursuant to Sect. 7 (1) DDG. According to Sect. 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obligated as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

Content published by Sellers on the Relay Marketplace is the responsibility of the respective Seller. Relay does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy or quality of Seller content.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general legislation remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which a concrete infringement of the law becomes known. If we become aware of any such infringements, we will remove this content immediately.
